| Tufts Mock Trial teams competing at Clark University, Feb. 25-27 |
Tufts B and A clinched 3rd and 4th places in the tournament with 6-1-1 and 6-2 records, coming in just under the perfect records (8-0) of both Columbia and Amherst. 5th place was awarded to Harvard, followed by Boston University, another Columbia team, and the University of New Hampshire.
The Spirit of AMTA award for sportsmanship ("honesty, civility, and fair play") was given to UNH, although Brandeis and Tufts B tied for honorable mention. 17 points qualified for an Outstanding Attorney Award, and Alex Gottfried for the defense clinched one with a score of 19 ranked points.
